What we like, and what to watch
What we like
- One machine, two price tiers. The Basic and Pro share the listed speed, spin, capacity and battery specs, and the site says a Basic can be upgraded later with the $499 AI Vision Module.
- Free shipping to the US mainland. The shipping policy lists free shipping to the continental US, Canada, Singapore and Australia.
- Swappable battery. Machines list a 7000mAh swappable battery rated for up to 4 hours, with spares sold separately for $199.
Watch out for
- The refund policy page did not load when we checked; the homepage only advertises a "30-Day Replacement", so ask about change-of-mind returns before buying.
- Standard warranty coverage is not spelled out; extended warranties ($49 Basic, $99 Pro) must be bought within 90 days of ordering.
- Lead times vary: about 4 weeks for the Basic, 1-2 weeks for the Pro, 2-3 weeks for the Pickle Pro, and carry kits ship later and separately.
- Camera descriptions on the Pickle Pro page differ (4K + 1080p vs dual 4K), and all specs are the brand's own claims.
