What we like, and what to watch
What we like
- Low entry prices. Keycap sets start around $25 and the X68 MAX HE Hall Effect keyboard was listed from $76.55, with keyboard and mouse bundles from $93.73.
- Free standard shipping. Economy and Standard shipping are free to most countries on orders over $15, and the policy lists a US warehouse with a 3-4 working day estimate.
- 30-day defect replacement. On top of the 1-year warranty, the policy offers a replacement or refund for manufacturing or performance issues within 30 days.
Watch out for
- The no-reason return window is only 15 days, you pay return shipping, and the policy is inconsistent on whether it starts at purchase or delivery.
- Warranty claims need photos or video, and defects found after 7 days of delivery mean you pay to ship the item back.
- The warranty excludes products bought outside attackshark.com (Amazon, AliExpress, crowdfunding, local dealers) and included cables and spare keycaps.
- The R5 TURBO pre-order page did not show a final price, ship date or reservation refund terms.

How long does ATTACK SHARK shipping take?
The policy says in-stock orders generally ship within 3 working days. US Standard delivery from the US warehouse is estimated at 3-4 working days; orders shipped from China take longer (for example 10-15 working days to Canada). Express is 3-7 days for most listed countries.
Can I return ATTACK SHARK products?
Yes, within 15 days if the item is undamaged and in its original packaging with all accessories. Email support first; you pay return shipping on no-reason returns, and some items are excluded.
What is the ATTACK SHARK warranty?
The policy lists a 1-year warranty on keyboards, mice, switches and accessories, plus a 30-day replacement or refund for defects. It only covers products bought from ATTACK SHARK, not from Amazon, AliExpress or other sellers.
How does the R5 TURBO pre-order work?
The product page lets you reserve the R5 TURBO for $1.00 with a promised $25 off, but it did not state the final price, ship date or refund terms for the reservation, so check with support before paying.
