- Starter kits included. Printers such as the F13 Panda and K13 Lite come with a full CMYK+White ink set, PET film roll and adhesive powder, so you can start printing out of the box.
- Fast courier shipping. Product pages promise free DHL Express or FedEx Express shipping to most countries, usually 3-7 business days, with printers preassembled in wooden crates.
- Reachable support. There is a US phone line open seven days a week, separate sales and support emails, online chat and a repair appointment page.
Watch out for
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted within one week of receipt and only if no ink has been added, so you cannot test-print and then return a machine.
- Warranty is short on wear parts: printheads and single-head mainboards get 6 months and one replacement, dual-head mainboards and other ink-contact parts are not covered, and non-Procolored ink voids clog coverage.
- Import tax and VAT are not included, delivery estimates on the same page vary (3-7 business days vs. 1-2 weeks), and some orders ship from China.
