What we like, and what to watch
What we like
- A real 60-day trial. You get 60 days to use the device daily and return it for a full refund if you're not satisfied.
- Made in the US with direct support. Devices are designed and assembled in Utah, and warranty claims go through a published phone line.
- Plenty of guidance. Courses, a getting-started consultation and paid Zoom sessions with the founder help you learn how to use it.
Watch out for
- The brand's claims range from TMJ and headaches to conditions like Parkinson's. We haven't verified any of them, and you should talk to your doctor before using it for a medical condition.
- The site's 'FDA certificate' section describes registration with the FDA. Registration is not FDA clearance or approval, and the page doesn't give a clearance number.
- The money-back guarantee and warranty don't cover purchases from unauthorized resellers.
- The refund policy doesn't say who pays return shipping. Ask when you request your RMA number.
Who should buy from Rezzimax
If a clinician has suggested a Rezzimax, or you want to try it for muscle tension and comfort, buy direct so the 60-day guarantee applies, and keep realistic expectations about what any vibration device can do.
Rezzimax
People who've been pointed to Rezzimax by a clinician, or who want to try vibration-based self-care at home with a long return window.
