What we like, and what to watch
What we like
- Clear model ladder. Two 48V bikes for newer riders and two 72V bikes for experienced ones, with rider heights listed for some models.
- Free, fast shipping. Free delivery to the lower 48 by UPS, FedEx or freight, with in-stock bikes usually shipping the next business day.
- US returns center. Returns go to a listed address in El Monte, California, and defective items are returned at CEMOTO's cost.
Watch out for
- The return window is only 15 days and the bike must be unused, so you can't return it after a test ride for preference reasons.
- Refusing delivery after shipment costs 10% of the bike's price plus $150 return shipping.
- Accessories can't be returned unless there's a quality issue.
- Top speeds of 40 to 53 mph are motorcycle territory. These are sold as off-road bikes; check local rules and wear full protective gear.
Who should buy from CEMOTO
If you've ridden before, live in the lower 48, and know your size, CEMOTO's 48V D03 Pro or 72V D02 Track are good-value ways into electric dirt bikes. First-time and younger riders should start with the 48V models and use the lower speed modes.
CEMOTO
Riders in the lower 48 who want an affordable off-road e-moto and are confident about which model and size fits.
