What we like, and what to watch
What we like
- A 60-day guarantee on the big items. Kites, bars and boards can be returned within 60 days if they're in good, rideable condition, which is long for kite gear.
- Fast dispatch on stock items. The shipping policy says in-stock kite gear ships in 1 to 2 business days, and 'In stock' means it is in the warehouse.
- Deep Core range. Core kites, bars and boards make up a large part of the catalog, alongside LIEUWE and Carved boards.
Watch out for
- bigairkite.com is priced in euros, and its shipping policy tells US buyers to use usa.bigairkite.com instead.
- You pay return shipping on change-of-mind returns, and it is deducted from your refund.
- Apparel can't be exchanged for a different size.
- No store warranty is described in the policies; warranty claims would go by the manufacturer's terms.
Who should buy from Big Air Kite Shop
If you've settled on a Core kite, bar or board and want room to change your mind, the 60-day guarantee is the main reason to shop here. US riders should compare prices on the USA site before ordering.
Big Air Kite Shop
