What we like, and what to watch
What we like
- An authorized US source. SoulFi says it is an authorized dealer for every brand it sells, and products come with genuine serial numbers and the full manufacturer warranty.
- Free shipping in the continental US. The shipping policy says every order ships free across the continental US, and most leave within two business days.
- Faulty gear is handled without fees. The returns page says faulty or dead-on-arrival gear is never subject to any fee if reported within 7 days.
Watch out for
- Opened items carry a 10% restocking fee, and you pay return shipping, so a change-of-mind return on a $2,000 streamer can cost well over $200.
- Headphones, earphones, sale items and open-box or demo units are final sale.
- The return window is 14 days from receipt, and you need an RMA first.
- Warranty length isn't listed on the store; it follows each manufacturer's terms.
Who should buy from SoulFi Audio
If you've already chosen an Eversolo, Shanling or Zidoo product and want it from an authorized US seller with free shipping, SoulFi is a sensible place to buy. If you need to compare gear at home before deciding, the restocking fee makes it a poor choice for that.
SoulFi Audio
US buyers who want Eversolo or Shanling gear from an authorized US source with free shipping and a manufacturer warranty.
