What we like, and what to watch
What we like
- Five-year free repair. Registered flashlights get free repair for five years on top of the one-year warranty (batteries and accessories excluded).
- Wide price range. Lights run from a $19.99 keychain G5 to the $139.99 X1Pro, with headlamps, penlights and spare batteries in between.
- US warehouse shipping. Most orders ship from an overseas warehouse such as the US, quoted at 3-7 business days to North America.
Watch out for
- Sale items are non-returnable, and much of the catalog was on sale when we checked.
- You pay return shipping on non-defective items and shipping on warranty repairs.
- The shipping page lists no free-shipping threshold or rates; check the cost at checkout.
- The X5 page lists 118 m throw in specs but 200 m in its FAQ, so treat headline numbers with care.
Who should buy from WUBEN

WUBEN
EDC carriers, campers and hunters who want a rechargeable USB-C flashlight or headlamp at a sale price, and who will register the light for the five-year free-repair coverage.
WUBEN FAQ
Is WUBEN legit?
wubenlight.com is the brand's own Shopify store with published refund, shipping and warranty pages, a FAQ page, user manuals and an email contact (service@wubenlight.com). This review is based on the official pages, not hands-on testing.
How long does WUBEN shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1 business day. Overseas-warehouse orders take 3-7 business days to the US, Canada and Mexico; orders from the China warehouse take 12-15. The shipping page does not list a free-shipping threshold.

Can I return a WUBEN order?
Yes, within 30 days if unused and in original packaging, by emailing support@wubenlight.com first. Sale items are non-returnable, and WUBEN does not cover return shipping on non-defective items.
