What is the LEVEL8 warranty?
Suitcases have a lifetime warranty covering functional damage to the shell, wheels, handles and zippers from manufacturing defects. Bags and accessories have 1 year, except the Atlas backpack, which has a lifetime warranty. Airline damage, misuse and normal wear aren't covered.
What is the LEVEL8 return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Keep the original box and packaging and proof of purchase. You pay return shipping, which is deducted from your refund.
