- Wide price range for e-bikes. Complete bikes run from $469 for the M2601 mountain bike to $1,499 for the dual-battery CD20 cargo bike, with fat-tire, folding and cargo options.
- Parts are sold separately. Controllers, batteries, displays, lights, brakes and mirrors are listed individually, mostly $29 to $139, which helps with repairs.
- US warehouse shipping. The shipping policy quotes 1-3 days to ship and 2-8 business days to arrive for in-stock orders, with free shipping on e-bikes in the lower 48.
Watch out for
- Non-quality returns cost $200 per bike ($280 COCO, $400 K6 series) in return shipping, plus a 20% restocking fee from day 15 and 50% for used bikes.
- The homepage gives conflicting warranty lengths (1 year versus 2 years or 1 year plus a free extension) and we could not load the warranty policy page; confirm in writing.
- Shipping is lower 48 states only, and the policy is internally inconsistent about a $15 fee under $99 versus free shipping on all e-bikes.
