- A lot of claimed power per dollar. Dual 60V motors with 5,000W claimed peak start at $1,299 on the H8.
- Free returns inside 30 days. The refund policy lists free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt, which is unusual for bikes this heavy.
- Free lower-48 shipping. Shipping is free to the lower 48 states, and orders are processed in about 24 hours.
Watch out for
- Specs conflict on the product pages: motor ratings, range and battery size differ between tables, descriptions and FAQs on several models.
- Claimed top speeds of 40 to 50 MPH are far above the limits of the standard US e-bike classes. Check where you are allowed to ride.
- Delivery times conflict: 3 to 7 business days in the policy, 15 to 20 in a site banner.
- The warranty is 1 year, and returning a bike after 30 days costs $150.

What is the PHILODO return policy?
