What we like, and what to watch
What we like
- Lifetime stick-drift repairs. The warranty page lists lifetime repair support for joystick drift, button malfunctions and manufacturing defects, with free round-trip shipping in the first 6 months.
- Pro-style features built in. The PHANTOM and ULTIMATE PRO list four remappable back buttons, six profiles and switches between adaptive and short-travel digital triggers; the Xbox and PS4 lines list TMR sticks as standard.
- Free standard shipping. Standard shipping is free with no stated minimum, and a tracking number is emailed when the order ships.
Watch out for
- US delivery is slow: about 5-7 days of assembly plus 15-25 business days of standard shipping from China, with no DHL Express option for US orders and possible duties or customs fees.
- Returning a controller you simply do not like costs a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping, and it must be complete in its original bag.
- Free repair shipping covers only the first 6 months; battery, vibration and mainboard faults are covered for 6 months only, and later repairs can cost $55-$95 plus $20 shipping.
- Wireless, trigger stops and other features are optional on some models, so check the chosen configuration; specs are the brand's own claims.

HEXGAMING FAQ
Is HEXGAMING legit?
HEXGAMING runs a Shopify store with published shipping, refund and warranty pages, an email address (service@hexgaming.com) and a Hong Kong company address. It says it is an offshoot of ExtremeRate and that all its custom controllers are built on official base controllers. This review is based on its official pages, not hands-on testing.
How long does HEXGAMING shipping take to the US?
About 5-7 days of assembly, then 15-25 business days of standard shipping from China, which the policy says was extended because of US tariff changes. Standard shipping is free, and DHL Express is not available for US orders. You may owe duties or customs fees on delivery.
Can I return a HEXGAMING controller?
Yes, if you request it within 30 days of receipt and the controller comes back complete in its original bag within 45 days. Non-defective controller returns carry a 15% restocking fee and you pay the shipping; defective items get a prepaid label.
Do HEXGAMING controllers work on PC?
Per the FAQ, the PS5 models work on PS5 and PC (adaptive triggers may not work in some PC games), the PS4 models on PS4, PS5 (PS4 games only) and PC, and the Xbox models on Xbox and PC.
Is there a HEXGAMING discount code or a European store?
GOMEZ is an affiliate code you can enter at checkout; the store also lists its own compare-at prices. Buyers in Europe can use the separate HEXGAMING EU store at eu.hexgaming.com, since the US store says European countries are not yet open for shipping.
