What we like, and what to watch
What we like
- One-year warranty. Most products carry a free 12-month warranty from receipt, and line lasers get two years, which is more than many small-gadget stores publish.
- Free, fairly quick US shipping. The policy quotes free shipping with 1-2 business days of processing and 2-7 business days in transit to eligible US addresses.
- Clear 30-day returns. Unused items can go back within 30 days of delivery, there is no restocking fee mentioned, and you do not pay return shipping if the item arrived damaged or wrong.
Watch out for
- Shipping is US-only and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes and military addresses.
- You pay return shipping on change-of-mind returns, and you must email support before sending anything back.
- The warranty page does not describe what is covered or how claims work, and the warranty is not transferable.
- Many tools use built-in batteries, and the 'save' figures and promo codes are the store's own; specs are the brand's own claims.
Who should buy from Fanttik
Fanttik makes sense if you live in the contiguous US and want compact, rechargeable car and DIY tools with a one-year warranty. If you need shipping outside that area or contractor-grade tools with swappable batteries, look elsewhere.
Fanttik
US drivers and DIYers who want small, USB-C rechargeable tools such as a pocket tire inflator, jump starter or precision screwdriver, with a one-year warranty and free domestic shipping.
Fanttik FAQ
Is Fanttik legit?
Fanttik runs its own branded store with published shipping, return and warranty pages, a support email (support@fanttik.com) and a US phone line, and it lists separate official stores for the US, Germany and the UK. It does not list a company address. This review is based on its official pages, not hands-on testing.
What warranty does Fanttik offer?
Most products come with a free one-year warranty from receipt. Scooters get six months and line lasers two years. The warranty is not transferable, and the page does not spell out a claim process beyond contacting support.
Does Fanttik ship free, and where?
The shipping policy says shipping is free on all products, but only within the contiguous US: Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes and military addresses are excluded. Expect 1-2 business days of processing plus 2-7 business days in transit.
Can I return a Fanttik order?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Email support@fanttik.com first. You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
