What we like, and what to watch
What we like
- Fast US dispatch. In-stock items ship in 0-1 business days, and the homepage mentions six US warehouses; quoted US delivery is 1-3 business days.
- Two-year component warranty. Standard original components are covered for 2 years, longer than many e-bike stores.
- Wide power range. From a 750W Class 2 bike to 5000W-peak dual-motor and dirt-bike models, plus a kids' bike.
Watch out for
- Change-of-mind returns cost a $300 return shipping fee plus a 10% restocking fee, and sale items can't be refunded.
- Orders can't be cancelled, and refusing delivery triggers the same fees.
- Frame and battery are covered for 1 year, not 2; jumping and racing void coverage.
- Many models far exceed e-bike class limits; check local laws before riding on public roads.
Who should buy from Tuttio
Tuttio suits riders who know exactly which high-power model they want and where they can legally ride it. If you're unsure, the $300 return fee makes a test ride elsewhere or more research a good idea first.
Tuttio
Riders in the contiguous US who want a high-power e-bike or electric dirt bike for private land and are sure about the model before ordering.
