What we like, and what to watch
What we like
- Free shipping on all orders. The shipping policy says shipping is free with no minimum, even on heavy batteries, with 2-5 business days in transit after 1-2 days of processing.
- Long battery warranty. New LiFePO4 batteries get 5 years, extendable to 7 with registration within 3 months, with replacements and shipping covered for confirmed defects.
- Wide range in one place. Trolling, RV, golf cart and home-storage batteries sit beside inverters, chargers and cables, so a system can be bought from one store.
Watch out for
- Sale items cannot be returned, and returns must be requested and accepted by email before shipping anything back; the page does not say who pays return shipping.
- The 7-year battery warranty needs registration within 3 months; chargers, inverters and other accessories get only 1 year.
- Shipping is continental US only, and the product feed shows some compare-at prices below the selling price, so treat 'was' prices with care.
- The 36V trolling battery page lists 38.4V nominal voltage, and the About page gives no founding date or address; specs are the brand's own claims.
Who should buy from Wattcycle
Wattcycle suits boaters, RV and golf cart owners and home-solar buyers who want LiFePO4 batteries with free US shipping and a long battery warranty. If you need a long warranty on inverters and chargers or live outside the continental US, look elsewhere.
