What we like, and what to watch
What we like
- Wide speaker range at modest prices. Outdoor wall-mount sets start at $89.99 and Bluetooth ceiling speaker sets at $69.99, with marine, rock and in-wall options too.
- Clear refund and warranty terms. The refund policy spells out a 30-day window, RMA process, who pays return shipping and a 1-year warranty with its exclusions.
- Free shipping with fast dispatch. The shipping policy advertises free delivery in 5-12 business days to the US and many other countries, with orders usually leaving in about a day.
Watch out for
- Product pages conflicted on specs: the outdoor speakers list IP44 in the spec table but IP65 or higher in the FAQ, and ceiling speaker power and amplifier model names differ between sections.
- Free shipping applies above an unstated cart value, excludes bulk and oversized items, and may change without notice.
- Return shipping is your cost if you cause the return, and missing packaging or accessories can bring extra fees.
- Compare-at prices such as $399.99 are the store's own figures, and no phone number or street address was shown on the pages we read.

Herdio FAQ
Is Herdio legit?
herdiotech.com is a Shopify store with published shipping, refund, payment, privacy and terms pages, a support email and a warranty. The about page claims 15 years in business and sales in 50+ countries, but gives no founding year or address. This review is based on the official pages, not hands-on testing.
How long does Herdio shipping take?
Orders usually ship in about one business day, and the policy quotes 5-12 business days with free shipping for the US and many other countries. Delivery dates are estimates and remote addresses may take longer.
What is the Herdio warranty?
A 1-year warranty from the purchase date covers quality defects on products sold directly by Herdio. You will need proof of purchase and a serial number or evidence of the defect.
Can I return a Herdio order?
Yes, within 30 days of receipt if the item is unused and complete with original packaging. Email support first for an RMA number. You pay return shipping unless the item was damaged or wrong due to Herdio's error.
Are Herdio speakers waterproof?
The outdoor speaker page lists IP44 in its spec table, while its FAQ says IP65 or higher, so the page is inconsistent. Confirm the rating with Herdio before buying for a very exposed spot.
How we researched this
We have not tested Herdio products hands-on. This review is based on the brand's official product, shipping, return and warranty pages, read on October 27, 2026. Specs and performance figures are the brand's own claims unless we say otherwise. Read our method.
