What we like, and what to watch
What we like
- Official refurbished range. Refurbished gimbals are listed from $39 (VB4) to $308 (SCORP 3), and the FAQ says new and refurbished gimbals carry the one-year warranty.
- 30-day returns. The refund policy allows no-reason returns within 30 calendar days of receipt, provided the product is resellable with its accessories.
- US warehouse and clear support. The shipping page lists a US warehouse with USPS/UPS at 3-5 business days, plus email and phone contacts for orders and technical help.
Watch out for
- Free-shipping rules differ between sections of the shipping policy ($90 threshold, all orders, or $49/$50 breakpoints), so check at checkout.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is for a product quality issue, and the product must be sent within 7 days of confirmation.
- The Pocket 4 is a pre-order for USA and EU only, and the Vimble 2A page gives conflicting statements on water resistance.
- Some items are listed as unavailable and the catalog included a stray test product; specs are the brand's own claims.
Who should buy from FeiyuTech
FeiyuTech makes sense if you want a gimbal or the Pocket 4 straight from the maker, or a cheaper official refurbished unit. If you need guaranteed free shipping terms or free change-of-mind returns, check the policies first.
FeiyuTech

Can I return a FeiyuTech order?
Yes, within 30 calendar days of receipt in resellable condition with all original accessories. You pay return shipping unless the return is for a quality issue. Email store@feiyu-tech.com to start.
Is there a FeiyuTech discount code?
GOMEZARTURO is an affiliate code you can enter in the discount code field at checkout. Some store discounts cannot be combined, and the store runs seasonal sales.
