Euro prices from onesportglobal.com, checked October 29, 2026. Prices include taxes; free shipping applies to e-bikes in the listed countries but not to parts and accessories. A second-bike discount was advertised on the OT05, so prices change often. Compare-at prices are the store's own figures.
What we like, and what to watch
What we like
- European warehouses. The shipping policy lists warehouses in Poland, Germany and the UK, with free ground shipping on e-bikes to the listed countries and taxes included in the price.
- Detailed warranty table. The warranty page breaks coverage down by part group, from 2 years on the frame to 1 year on the motor and battery, and explains how to file a claim.
- Own parts store. Replacement parts such as chains, brakes, saddles, inner tubes, fenders and shifters are sold on the same site, from about €11.
Watch out for
- Change-of-mind returns cost a 100-150 EUR pickup fee, the window is only 14 days, and riding over 10 km can mean a 30%-70% deduction.
- Product pages say "2-year warranty", but the warranty page gives 2 years only on the frame and 1 year on the motor, battery and electronics.
- Cancellation terms differ between pages: the FAQ lists a 50-euro fee after 2 hours, while the shipping policy lists a €50 fee after shipment.
- Refund timing is stated two ways in the return policy (3-6 vs 1-3 business days), and the OT08 Pro page lists both 250W and 500W; all specs are the brand's own claims.
Who should buy from ONESPORT
ONESPORT makes sense if you live in one of the listed EU countries or the UK and want a budget-to-mid-priced 250W city, folding or fat-tire e-bike delivered free from a European warehouse. US buyers and anyone who wants easy change-of-mind returns should look elsewhere.
ONESPORT
Riders in the listed EU countries or the UK who want a 250W, 25 km/h city, folding or fat-tire e-bike (or an electric trike) with free delivery from a European warehouse and a parts store from the same brand.
ONESPORT FAQ
Is ONESPORT legit?
onesportglobal.com is a Shopify store with published shipping, return and warranty policies, an FAQ, a contact page with phone lines and a support email (support@onesportglobal.com). This review is based on the official pages, not hands-on testing.
Does ONESPORT ship to the US?
Not as standard. The shipping policy lists free shipping to 16 EU countries and the UK only, and asks buyers in other regions to contact the company. The UK is limited to certain models (OT16 and OT18).
Can I return a ONESPORT e-bike?
Yes, if you apply within 14 days of receiving it and customer service confirms the return. The bike must be new and unused with original packaging. Change-of-mind returns carry a 100-150 EUR pickup fee, and use beyond 10 km can lead to a 30%-70% deduction.
What is the ONESPORT warranty?
The warranty page lists 2 years on the frame and structural parts, 1 year on the motor, battery and electronics, 6 months on mechanical parts and 7 days on consumables. Product pages say "2-year warranty", which matches the frame term only.
How fast do ONESPORT e-bikes go?
The models we checked (OT05, OT16-2, OT08 Pro and OT30 Pro) list 250W rated motors and a 25 km/h top speed. These are the brand's own claims.
