| What it sells | Designer-made MOC (My Own Creation) building block sets in themes such as military aircraft, ships and submarines, tanks, trains, racing cars, modern buildings, medieval castles and fantasy, plus replacement parts and custom parts services. The site says sets are authorized by the MOC designers |
|---|---|
| Prices seen | From $34.99 (F-14 Tomcat, 394 pcs) and $56.99 (506-pc mecha robot) to $129.99 (Project 941 submarine), $970.99 (VELETTA superyacht) and $2,499.99-$2,827.99 (Notre Dame de Paris); a 60,953-pc Lower Manhattan skyline was $3,675.99. A Halloween sale was running |
| Shipping | Free shipping "in most countries," worldwide; no threshold or country list stated. Processing depends on the set because parts are sorted by hand: the FAQ says about 7 business days normally and 15-20 business days during busy periods, and product pages say "shipping within 25 days" (30-35 days for the largest builds, plus 15-25 days air or 35-45+ days sea transit). US and European warehouse in-stock categories exist |
| Returns | Request an RMA by email (service@letbricks.com) within 30 days of receiving the order; do not send items back without approval. Items must be unused and unassembled with original packaging. Refund processed 1-3 business days after the return arrives, then 3-5 business days to the original payment method |
| Return shipping | Customer pays return shipping and taxes for personal-reason returns; not charged for defective or wrong items. No restocking fee is mentioned |
| Warranty | No warranty period is stated on the Refund & Return page. The site advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee and free replacement of missing parts, and one product page we checked mentions a "6 months Extended After-Sales Service" |
| Shipping insurance | Optional and paid: 5% of order value (50% compensation if lost, free replacement of damaged parts) or 10% (free reshipment or full refund). Uninsured lost orders may get only partial compensation (up to 30%) |
| Instructions | Varies by set: QR-code digital instructions on the smaller sets we checked, a paper manual on the submarine, PDF instructions on the superyacht and a PDF on a USB drive for Notre Dame |

What we like, and what to watch
What we like
- Huge designer catalog. The site lists sets from dozens of named MOC designers across military, ship, train, racing, building and castle themes, with shop-by-price and shop-by-piece-count filters.
- Free missing-part replacement. The FAQ says missing pieces are replaced free of charge, and missing parts also qualify for a return under the 30-day policy.
- Wide price range. Small aircraft and mecha sets start around $35-$90, while very large landmark builds run into the thousands, so there are entry points at most budgets.
Watch out for
- Many sets list "shipping within 25 days," and the FAQ says processing can stretch to 15-20 business days in busy periods; the biggest sets add weeks of air or sea transit.
- Shipping insurance is a paid add-on (5% or 10% of the order); uninsured lost orders may get only partial compensation (up to 30%).
- Personal-reason returns require prior RMA approval, an unused and unassembled set, and return shipping and taxes at your cost.
- Some product pages have inconsistent details (weights and piece counts differ within the same page), so check the specs carefully.
Who should buy from Letbricks
Letbricks makes sense if you are an adult builder after a large, designer-made display model and can wait weeks for delivery. If you need fast shipping, a stated warranty or name-brand parts, look elsewhere.
Letbricks
Adult builders who want large, designer-made display models (aircraft, ships, landmarks, castles) that are not sold as official sets, and who can wait several weeks for hand-sorted kits to ship.
Letbricks FAQ
Is Letbricks legit?
letbricks.com is an online store with published shipping, refund and return, and shipping insurance pages, an FAQ and a service email (service@letbricks.com). This review is based on the official pages, not hands-on testing.
How long does Letbricks shipping take?
It depends on the set. Parts are sorted by hand, so processing comes first: the FAQ says about 7 business days normally and 15-20 business days during busy periods, and many product pages say "shipping within 25 days." The largest sets list 30-35 days before shipping plus air or sea transit.
Can I return a Letbricks set?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the order by emailing for an RMA. Sets must be unused and unassembled with original packaging, and you pay return shipping and taxes unless the item is defective or wrong.
What if pieces are missing?
The FAQ says Letbricks replaces missing pieces for free if you contact customer service, and the site has a replacement-parts page.
Does Letbricks use name-brand bricks?
No. Its FAQ says its parts come from Chinese manufacturers, and the site footer states it is not sponsored or endorsed by the major toy-brick brand.

We have not tested Letbricks products hands-on. This review is based on the brand's official product, shipping, return and warranty pages, read on October 29, 2026. Specs and performance figures are the brand's own claims unless we say otherwise. Read our method.
